HomeTeam Pest Defense in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Termite Technician to service homeowners on a set route, diagnose and discuss pest issues, and maintain a professional appearance with the company truck and uniform.

No experience is required—training will be provided. The role requires 18+ years, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain termite/pest control licensing. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered by a leading pest management company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials.
• Attend company-provided pest and termite control training classes regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff.
• Keep customer informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.

As a HomeTeam Termite Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route

• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
• Keep customer informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently

Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.
