Qualifications

• Proven in-home closing experience in home services, D2D or related fields.
• Ability to close with confidence and guide customers to a decision.
• Comfort working independently in the field and managing personal pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Perform termite inspections and translate findings into sales opportunities.
• Present tailored termite prevention and treatment solutions.
• Upsell, cross-sell and secure commitments before leaving the home.
• Maintain accurate contracts and field documentation.
• Represent Romex professionally to drive referrals and repeat business.
