Romex Pest Control is hiring a Termite Sales Representative for an in-home, field-based role with uncapped commissions and a clear path to $75K–$100K+ in income. We provide tools, training, and a supportive environment to succeed.

You'll meet homeowners, perform termite inspections (training provided), and present tailored prevention and treatment options. Close same-day deals, build your pipeline, and exceed targets with our performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• Proven in-home closing experience in home services or similar.
• Ability to close same-day deals.
• Confidently handle objections and guide customers to a decision.
• Goal-oriented with a strong commission drive.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM; occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Lead the sales process from first contact to close.
• Perform termite inspections (training provided) and translate findings into sales.
• Present high-value termite solutions clearly and consultatively.
• Overcome objections with proven techniques and product knowledge.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize opportunities.
• Document contracts accurately in the field.
• Represent Romex professionally to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and manage your pipeline.
