Job summary

Romex Pest Control is seeking an experienced in-home sales professional to close termite prevention and treatment solutions with homeowners. You will meet clients at their homes, perform inspections, and present tailored options in a consultative manner.

The role offers uncapped commissions with a $2,000 monthly guaranteed draw during ramp-up, a $500 training bonus, and benefits including health and 401k. Previous in-home, D2D, or B2C closing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include proven in-home closing experience in home services or similar fields
• Ability to close same-day deals and guide customers to a decision
• Strong objection-handling and commission-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license and availability Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Run in-home appointments with homeowners
• Lead the sales process from initial contact to close
• Perform termite inspections and translate findings into sales opportunities
• Present high-value termite prevention and treatment solutions
• Upsell, cross-sell and secure commitments before leaving the home
• Complete contracts and field documentation accurately
