Orkin in Thousand Palms, CA is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with trusted pest protection. You will conduct 360 inspections, recommend solutions, and build trusted relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and explain them to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces and beyond.
• Build trusted relationships to protect homes and families.
• Listen to customer needs and explain practical solutions clearly.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet in customers' homes.
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad provided.
