Responsibilities

• Inspect interiors and exteriors of homes and commercial properties.
• Identify wood destroying organisms during inspections.
• Prepare specs and treating instructions compliant with laws and company policy.
• Execute contracts and communicate with owners, agents and managers.
• Cover assigned territory with timely inspections and follow-ups.
• Maintain equipment and safety standards.
• Complete training courses and ongoing development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
