Job summary

Pest USA is seeking a Termite Renewal Inspector to inspect properties for termite activity, provide accurate assessments, and recommend solutions that meet our standards. You will learn to use our sales tools and navigate attics, basements, and crawl spaces while spotting opportunities for additional services and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Starting training is provided, and prior pest-control experience is a plus but not required.

Termite Renewal Inspector – Join the Pest USA Team

Now, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Termite Renewal Inspectors.

In this role, you'll take the lead in inspecting properties for termite activity, providing accurate assessments, and recommending solutions that meet our proven standards. You'll be trained to use our modern sales tools, including iPads and company software, and will become confident in navigating a variety of environments, from attics and basements to crawl spaces. A key part of your success will be your ability to spot opportunities for additional services while delivering top-notch customer experiences.

We value enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the industry. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide comprehensive training-even if you don't have prior experience in pest control. That said, candidates with termite or pest control backgrounds are always a plus.

To be considered, you'll need to be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean five-year driving record. You should be able to pass state licensing exams with our training and meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screening.
