Job summary

Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Termite Pest Control Technician to deliver IPM-based pest control for residential and commercial customers. The role includes driving a company vehicle and providing excellent service while building client relationships.

You will perform prescribed termite treatments, operate equipment, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Identify prescribed termite treatments per inspection graph and prepare sites for treatment.
• Apply wood-destroying organism treatments (e.g., Sentricon installation, trenching, liquid treatments).
• Drill and treat void spaces or crawl spaces; spray products to affected areas.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good working order; handle service payments when due.
• Provide a calm, helpful demeanor and build lasting client relationships.
