Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to service residential and commercial customers using IPM strategies. The role includes driving a company vehicle and performing termite treatments, inspections, and preventive measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; training provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute termite treatments as prescribed on inspection graphs and sheets.
• Prepare sites for treatment by removing debris and ensuring access.
• Apply termite bait stations, liquid treatments around exteriors and crawl spaces, and drill/ trench as needed.
• Maintain equipment and company vehicle in good operating condition.
• Provide professional, courteous service and clear communication to customers.
