Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to service residential and commercial customers using an IPM approach. The role is hourly and includes a company vehicle and robust benefits.

Responsibilities include termite treatment application, customer education, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate may have no prior experience, as training is provided, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass and maintain licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary! Training provided

Responsibilities

• Start and manage daily pest control routes applying IPM techniques
• Perform termite treatments including bait stations, trenching, and liquid applications
• Maintain and operate equipment and vehicle in good condition
• Collect service payments from customers and answer questions professionally
• Provide safe, personalized solutions to customers
