Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in Alabama is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to serve residential and commercial customers using IPM. The role includes on-route service, termite baiting (Sentricon) installations, trenching and liquid treatments, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass and maintain licensing/certification exams.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pest control route, providing termite treatments as prescribed.
• Prepare sites for treatment by removing debris.
• Apply termite bait stations (Sentricon) and liquid treatments to perimeters and crawl spaces.
• Drill, trench, and spray as needed to treat affected areas.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good working order.
• Provide friendly, professional service and answer customer questions.
• Collect service payments from customers.
