Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to provide uncompromised service to residential and commercial customers using IPM. This hourly position includes a company vehicle and a robust benefits package.

You will perform termite treatments (Sentricon and liquid treatments), inspect structures, prepare sites for treatment, collect payments, and maintain equipment. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to pass state licensing exams, and 40-hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite treatments (Sentricon and liquid treatments) on client structures.
• Inspect buildings and determine prescribed treatments per inspection graphs.
• Prepare site areas for treatment by removing debris and ensuring access.
• Maintain and service equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.
• Interact with customers and provide personalized pest control solutions.
