Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is hiring a Termite Technician to protect homes by conducting termite inspections, bait station work, and liquid treatments. You will travel between customer sites in a Fayetteville, NC region, wearing PPE and following safety protocols.

Role demands physical outdoor labor, attention to detail, and strong customer service. Training is provided; 21+ to operate company vehicles with a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of physical outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Detail orientation and thorough task execution required.
• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to travel between customer locations daily.
• Complete daily scheduled stops, inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and explain findings clearly.
• Follow training manual and safety regulations for pesticide application.
• Inspect properties for termite activity, damage, and entry points.
• Install, monitor, and maintain termite bait stations.
• Perform termite re-inspections and complete liquid treatments.
• Identify wood-destroying organisms and assist with minor repairs.
