Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is seeking a Termite Technician to protect homes in Fort Mill, SC. This hands-on role requires drilling, trenching, bait stations, and liquid termiticide treatments in tight crawlspaces and attics.

You will work closely with homeowners, applying strict safety protocols, and communicating findings clearly. The role emphasizes reliability, problem-solving, and a commitment to Go-Forth's values.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of physical outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong task accuracy.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to travel between customer locations daily, adhering to all traffic laws and policies.
• Complete daily scheduled stops for customers, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Properly greet customers, listen to their concerns, and explain findings and plans clearly.
• Follow the Training Manual with 100% accuracy, adhering to safety and pesticide-use regulations.
• Conduct detailed inspections of properties to identify termite activity, damage, and entry points.
• Install, monitor, and maintain termite bait stations around structures.
• Perform termite re-inspections to assess treatment effectiveness and prevent re-infestations.
• Execute full liquid termite treatments, including trenching, drilling, and injecting termiticides.
• Identify wood-destroying organisms and advise on minor repairs when needed.
• Use PPE correctly and maintain safety equipment while handling products.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness.
• Track maintenance and schedule repairs for equipment.
