Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control seeks a reliable Termite Technician to travel between customer locations, conduct inspections and treatments, and install bait stations. You will communicate findings clearly and follow strict safety protocols while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

This role requires 1–2 years of outdoor labor and customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of physical outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Detail oriented: capable of carrying out tasks with necessary specifics.
• Valid driver's license required and driving record must meet MVR standards.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to travel between customer locations daily and follow safety policies.
• Complete daily scheduled stops for inspections and treatments.
• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and explain findings clearly.
• Follow training manuals and regulations for pesticide application and safety.
• Inspect properties for termite activity and entry points; install and monitor bait stations.
• Perform termite re-inspections and full liquid treatments as required.
