Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties by inspecting for termite activity, providing prevention and treatment services, and clearly communicating findings. You will work safely using PPE, operate service vehicles, and document services.

A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, and the ability to work on ladders and in confined spaces is necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• PPE usage and safety compliance expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to guidelines and label instructions.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures.
• Communicate critical conditions and recommended procedures to customers.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services.
