Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a dedicated Termite Technician to protect customers' homes by performing termite inspections, preventative treatments, and on-site services. You will work with safety protocols and use PPE while applying treatments and communicating findings to clients.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varied hours including occasional Saturdays. Prior termite control or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Termite control experience is a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatments safely per guidelines and standard practices.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures as scheduled and per label instructions.
• Communicate critical termite conditions to customers and discuss procedures.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services.
