Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying pests. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatments as the first line of defense, ensuring safety and quality in every service.

Responsibilities include applying treatments, communicating findings to clients, and maintaining equipment, all while following company guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Flexibility with Monday–Saturday schedules as needed.
• Basic math skills for mixing products and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and advise on remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to labels.
• Explain findings and procedures to customers, including any structural notes.
• Verify job specs align with work orders and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services performed using production forms.
• Interact with customers and discuss services provided.
