Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a licensed termite technician and trainer dedicated to home services and termite control. You will perform termite treatments, complete annual re-inspections, and advise customers on outcomes and future solutions while training junior staff.

This role emphasizes safety, vehicle/equipment maintenance, and collaboration with team members and branch support for scheduling and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate.
  • Must maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, safe termite and home services for each assigned customer.
  • Complete annual re-inspections to ensure service efficacy.
  • Advise customers on work completed and recommended solutions; gain commitment.
  • Maintain safe, clean vehicle/equipment and ensure adequate product supply.
  • Conduct classroom/field training to develop apprentice technicians.
