Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Termite Technician in Covington, LA to perform termite treatment services safely and per guidelines. You will identify termite problems, explain remedial steps to customers, and follow licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Communicate critical termite conditions to customers and discuss procedures.
• Enter structures, crawl spaces, and climb stairs and ladders; operate equipment and tools.
• Tolerate diverse environmental conditions and maintain equipment/vehicle in good order.
