Crossroadsstaffing in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to dip end-bands, run a drying oven, and assemble termination components. You will load chips, apply end-bands to chip capacitors, and ensure the correct ink program is used for each part size.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 months of manufacturing experience, strong math and basic computer skills, plus clear verbal and written communication. Cross-training to support other departments is expected.
Under the direction of the Termination Lead, this position is responsible for dipping end-bands and drying oven. Responsible for applying end-bands to chip capacitors, and the quality of the set-up of machine ink management ensure to use the correct program based on the size of the parts. Load chips onto a plate and press the chips into the plate. Dip the plate into a termination ink then place it into the drying oven. Load and unload termination drying oven. Will be back to Termination Operator and support Visual Inspector, when needed. Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. Housekeeping chores will be performed as assigned. Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in other departments, when required. Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employee periodically.
HS Diploma or GED. 3 months exp in a manufacturing or production environment. Good math skills and basic computer skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Prior exp in an electronic component manufacturing environment.
