Job summary

Crossroads Staffing is seeking an entry-level manufacturing worker in Camarillo to load parts, assist with termination processes, and operate firing kilns. The role supports various duties including setup, profiling, and equipment housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma or GED and about 3 months of production experience, with strong math and basic computer skills and good verbal and written communication. Cross-training across departments is expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 3 months experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Good math skills and basic computer skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist load and unload in firing kilns and related equipment.
• Set up operation of termination firing kilns and follow work orders.
• Perform monthly temperature profiles and housekeeping duties.
• Cross-train for other jobs to fill in across departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
