Job summary

Crossroads Staffing is seeking an entry-level manufacturing worker in Camarillo to load parts, assist with termination processes, and operate firing kilns. The role supports various duties including setup, profiling, and equipment housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma or GED and about 3 months of production experience, with strong math and basic computer skills and good verbal and written communication. Cross-training across departments is expected.

Job Description

Under the leadership of the Termination Lead, load part Thin Carrier Plate and support Termination Dipper. Set-up operation of the termination firing kilns. Start up and power down operation of the firing kilns. Set the termination kiln to the recipe required by the work order. Spread chips on firing screens. Load and unload in the firing kilns. Monthly temperature profiles. Clean container with Ricon Ink. Assists load and unload termination drying oven. Will support Visual Inspector andor Termination Dipper, when needed. Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. Housekeeping chores will be performed as assigned. Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in, in other departments, when required. Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employee periodically.

Skills Required

HS Diploma or GED. 3 months exp in a manufacturing or production environment. Good math skills and basic computer skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Skills Preferred

Prior exp in an electronic component manufacturing environment.
