Job summary

Air Products seeks a Terminal Supervisor for Granite City to lead distribution operations for liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and argon. You will oversee 18 drivers and 4 mechanics, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with plant operations to meet delivery commitments.

You will coach frontline teams, conduct ride-alongs, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance and logistics efficiency, reporting to the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience managing safety programs and driver teams is a plus.
• Willingness to travel monthly for driver safety observations.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and lead a team of drivers and technicians.
• Oversee safety performance and Basic Safety Process compliance.
• Coordinate with plant operations and logistics for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor inventory and distribution performance using planning tools.
• Ensure accurate incident reporting and follow-up actions.
• Serve as primary liaison between drivers and site stakeholders.
• Support the Site Manager with operational needs.
