Buckeye Partners Lp is seeking an Operator to oversee terminal, pipeline, marine, and rail assets in our New Haven area facilities. You will manage receipts, deliveries, storage, and inventory of petroleum products, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience, with knowledge of pumps, meters, truck loading racks, and dock facilities, plus strong safety and teamwork orientation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related experience in terminal, pipeline or marine operations preferred.
• Port security requirements may apply; TWIC/Coast Guard credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain terminal, pipeline, marine and rail assets; manage receipt, delivery, storage and inventory of petroleum products.
• Receive, store and distribute products via pipeline, rail and marine dock; ensure measurement and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and regulatory requirements (Coast Guard, state/federal agencies).
• Maintain relationships with terminal customers and respond to inquiries.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in drills; assist with inventory investigations.
