Amrize is seeking a Terminal Operator at our La Crosse facility in Wisconsin. The role focuses on safely operating equipment to load and unload rail cars, boats, and trucks, while ensuring accurate requests are processed quickly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Experience with cement manufacturing processes or logistics is preferred.
• Must adhere to safety protocols and wear Amrize PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, yard, etc.
• Load/unload material (bulk and bagged) for rail, waterway, and road transport.
• Operate truck loading equipment.
• Perform general maintenance on mobile equipment and assist with mechanical maintenance.
• Sample product from trucks and barges following company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records on all terminal equipment.
• Perform clerical functions as needed.
• Promote safety culture and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
