Ideal candidates have a high school diploma/GED and 1–3 years of experience, with mechanical and welding skills considered a plus. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and accurate handling of shipments within the terminal network.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and welding experience are desirable.
• Customer-facing demeanor required.
• Knowledge of cement and construction systems is an asset.
• Must adhere to safety policies and PPE rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal equipment and daily terminal functions as directed by management.
• Unload barges and railcars and transfer product to silos.
• Ensure proper loading of bulk trucks with correct weights.
• Troubleshoot terminal equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Maintain terminal buildings and equipment in good condition and safe operation.
