This role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic outdoor setting. You will collaborate with logistics, train new team members, and help optimize daily terminal performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; welding/electrical/maintenance training a plus.
• Experience in terminal operations or similar industrial setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with safety emphasis; able to work with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency and optimize daily terminal operations.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading of bulk materials following safety protocols.
• Maintain and inspect terminal equipment to keep it in peak condition.
• Uphold safety standards and PPE usage, and comply with OSHA rules.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with logistics to improve schedules and resource use.
• Mentor and develop new team members to boost performance.
