Foodliner Trucking in Burlington, IA seeks a Terminal Manager to oversee all phases of its trucking operation at the Burlington terminal. This role requires hands-on leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strong coordination with dispatch and drivers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in operations/logistics, plus CDL with Tanker endorsement and familiarity with TMW dispatch software. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management or transportation/logistics.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
Working with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Knowledgeable in DOT/FMCSA Regulations, especially Hours of Service.
Background working with dispatch software, we use TMW.
Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement, and driving experience is preferred.
Hands‑on and able to perform all duties in a truck terminal that includes a maintenance shop and a tank wash.
