Job summary

Cooper Consolidated is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily activities at a designated location, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations. You will manage staff, logistics, inventory, and maintenance while upholding quality and customer service standards.

You will drive safety programs, meet OSHA/EPA requirements, and work with management on forecasts and staffing plans to meet company goals. Knowledge of logistics and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in diverse aspects of the business unit.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety program knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the assigned location to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable performance.
• Supervise staff, staffing, logistics, inventory, maintenance, and customer service.
• Promote a positive local image and participate in trainee programs.
• Lead safety initiatives: meetings, goals, audits, and compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.
• Coordinate production forecasts and work with management to meet goals.
