Saia, a leading logistics and transportation company, seeks a Terminal Operations Manager to oversee planning and operations of a terminal. You will manage dock, pickup, delivery, and admin tasks, while ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality service to customers.

Lead staff, coordinate scheduling, and drive safety and regulatory compliance. You will use data analytics to optimize performance and support a high-performing team at multiple terminals across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of terminal operations experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office and transportation management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates terminal activities to provide cost-effective, timely service.
• Investigates customer complaints and resolves problems.
• Provides equipment, tools, and training to staff for safe operations.
• Coordinates staffing levels and work scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Oversees compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Uses data analytics to optimize operations and track metrics.
• Interviews, selects, and onboards terminal staff.
• Fosters positive employee relations through coaching and feedback.
