Job summary

ITS Logistics in Kentucky is seeking a Terminal Coordinator for one of our largest customer’s facilities to manage dock operations, ensure drivers meet safety requirements, and support on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of regional routes; you'll collaborate with drivers, facility staff, and ITS leadership to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, transportation, Warehouse operations or third-party logistics strongly desired.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with customers, drivers, peers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers meet safety requirements to meet our customer service requirements.
• Collaborate with drivers to ensure on-time arrival and departures.
• Monitor trailer pool and escalate equipment shortages.
• Complete safety checklists for every load entering and departing the facility.
• Interact with facility staff, drivers, and ITS team members professionally and respectfully.
