Job summary

TransMontaigne Partners LLC is seeking an Associate Operator to safely operate terminal equipment across receiving, storing, transferring, and loading liquid bulk products. The role includes testing, reporting, and maintenance tasks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position requires the ability to work outdoors in various conditions, pass a drug screen and background check, and obtain TWIC credentials. Industry experience is preferred for immediate contribution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• TWIC card and valid driver’s license required.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal equipment safely and ensure personal and coworker safety.
• Gauge storage tanks and take product samples for QC tests.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections and maintain logs.
• Ensure all equipment and safety systems function properly and report failures.
• Conduct daily walk‑around inspections and maintain good housekeeping.
• Record quality data and maintain Product Quality Log.
• Enforce company policies for contractors, customers and vendors.
• Communicate outages and equipment downtime to the supervisor.
