Job summary

Rauch & Associates seeks a Terminal Manager to lead daily Savannah terminal operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time performance while guiding a cross-functional team of dispatchers, drivers, yard staff, and office personnel.

You will partner with leadership to improve processes, monitor performance, and support ambitious operational goals, while recruiting, coaching, and maintaining a positive, accountable work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Leadership experience managing terminal, fleet, or distribution center operations.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch, DOT regulations, and load planning.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
