About the Role

An established transportation and logistics operation is seeking an experienced Terminal Manager to lead terminal operations in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in intermodal transportation, terminal operations, driver management, and DOT compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily terminal activities, managing dispatch and operational staff, driving efficiency, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management software.

Preferred

• 5+ years of transportation operations management experience in a similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a desk and computer for extended periods.

• Ability to walk terminal facilities and yard locations in various weather conditions.
