Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a global industrial technology leader to hire a Terminal Manager. This role oversees terminal operations with a strong emphasis on safety, environmental compliance, and customer service across a heavy industrial environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in operations/maintenance and 1–3 years in leadership, with a Bachelor’s or an equivalent mix of experience. On-site position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in operations or maintenance in heavy industrial settings.
  • 3–5 years in operations/maintenance in cement, concrete, aggregates, bulk materials, transportation or similar.
  • 1–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • 1–3 years hands-on maintenance in industrial environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of industrial operations, equipment, preventive maintenance and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead terminal activities with focus on safety, operations excellence, environmental compliance, quality and customer service.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safe work practices with employees and contractors.
  • Manage contractor activities and ensure compliance with site requirements.
  • Develop and manage the terminal operating budget in line with costs, volume and maintenance expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations or maintenance role within the cement, concrete, aggregates, bulk materials, transportation, or similar heavy industrial environment.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory, Terminal Manager-in-Training, lead, or other demonstrated leadership experience.
  • 1-3 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a light or heavy industrial environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of industrial operations, equipment, preventive maintenance, and safe work practices.
