Grupo Eulen in New York, NY seeks a Terminal Coordinator to lead front-line teams in airport operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and a superior customer experience. You will liaise between staff, management and business partners, coordinating daily activities for high performance.
The role requires coaching and mentoring staff, enforcing DOT/ADA/FAA compliance, and adapting to rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
JOB OVERVIEW
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring a high performing operation by leading, engaging, coaching, and developing front‑line team members. You’re also responsible for supporting teams' efforts in creating a safe, reliable operation while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Terminal Coordinator oversees daily operations, acts as the liaison between staff, management, and business partners, and works closely with their team to maximize customer/client satisfaction.
