Santa Fe Community College is seeking a front-desk administrative support professional to greet families, students, faculty and visitors, maintain accurate records, and assist leadership with day-to-day office tasks.

The position is the first point of contact for families, students, faculty, staff, vendors, and visitors; maintains accurate child and family records; completes routine data entry; and assists the Director, Assistant Director, and Office Coordinator with day-to-day office needs while supporting continuous quality improvement.
Work is performed primarily in a front desk office environment. The work includes frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive hand motions, with occasional bending and lifting of light office or supply items. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for orientations, trainings, or special events.
Typically, 7:15 a.m. - 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.
