Job summary

Adictivo Tequila seeks a Market Specialist/Brand Ambassador to drive awareness, educate trade partners, and create memorable brand experiences in the Tampa region. You will lead tastings, events, and activations while building relationships with bars, retailers, and influencers.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong presentation skills, and a passion for tequila. Evening and weekend availability is expected to support activations and trade events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage/alcohol, hospitality, experiential marketing, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience with tastings, product demonstrations, trainings, or promotional events.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for tequila, spirits, hospitality, and brand development.

Responsibilities

• Lead local market strategy by identifying key accounts, premium on-premise venues, and retailers within the territory.
• Build relationships with accounts, secure product listings, develop bar programs, and train staff.
• Organize tastings, events, and activations to generate consumer trial and loyalty; represent Adictivo Tequila at events.
• Cultivate relationships with venue managers, bartenders, retailers, and influencers through visits and education.
• Identify local influencers and support social media to boost visibility and engagement.
• Gather market insights, competitor activity, and provide KPI reports and feedback.
• Identify new account opportunities and partnerships to grow brand presence.
