Job summary

Adictivo Tequila seeks a Market Specialist / Brand Ambassador to drive brand awareness in Orange County. You will engage consumers through tastings and events, educate trade partners, and support sales growth with activations and market programs.

You will identify key accounts, build relationships with venues, bartenders, and retailers, and lead tastings and competitions to elevate the brand. This role requires travel, evenings, and a passion for tequila.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage/alcohol, hospitality, experiential marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proficient in tastings, product demonstrations, trainings, or promotions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Travel across territory and work evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead local market strategy by identifying key accounts, premium venues, and influential retailers.
• Build relationships with venues, secure product listings, and develop bar programs.
• Organize tastings, events, pop-ups, and activations to drive consumer trial and loyalty.
• Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
• Cultivate relationships with managers, bartenders, retailers, and influencers.
• Collaborate on social media activation to boost visibility and engagement.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and market growth.
