Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality research leading to publications in top-tier journals.
• Teach three courses (9 credits) annually in the undergraduate real estate program.
• Engage in experiential learning activities that prepare undergraduates for workforce entry.
• Participate in service activities that increase awareness of the department in academic and professional communities.
• Explore emerging real estate trends and present at national/international conferences.
• Contribute to Pamplin+ initiative with focus on technology readiness and workforce preparation.
• Work collegially and collaboratively with faculty and staff.
