Job summary

Qualifications

• MFA or 3-5 years of equivalent professional experience and/or relevant training.
• Teaching experience in academic or studio settings for 5+ years.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness and mentorship in higher education or studio environments.

Responsibilities

• Teach a combination of five graduate and undergraduate courses serving BA and MFA communities.
• Lead two-year graduate acting progression and teach foundational acting techniques.
• Direct productions during the academic year and contribute to department creative vision.
• Mentor MFA students and select undergraduates in acting and directing.
• Participate in recruitment, casting, curriculum development and committee work.
