Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s invites applications for a tenure-track research faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in the Division of Translational and Clinical Pharmacology. The candidate will build an independent program combining quantitative pharmacology, exposomics, and AI/ML to study how drugs and environmental factors shape child health.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in quantitative pharmacology or toxicology with complementary expertise in exposomics, proteomics, metabolomics, AI/ML, quantitative modeling, systems biology, computational sciences, or related disciplines.
Strong publication record and potential to secure extramural funding.
Experience working with multi-omics datasets across biological, clinical, environmental, and pharmacological domains.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead an independent, externally funded research program.
Conduct innovative research in pediatric pharmacology, exposomics, and environmental health sciences, including AI/ML-enabled analyses.
Establish collaborations across Cincinnati Children’s and the University of Cincinnati to accelerate translational applications.
Mentor graduate students, postdocs, and junior faculty.
Translate NAM-derived data to human and pediatric populations using mechanistic and AI-based approaches.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen TCP’s leadership in translational pharmacology and precision medicine.
