Job summary

The Division of Translational and Clinical Pharmacology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. We seek a computational scientist with expertise in quantitative pharmacology, systems pharmacology, or AI/ML.

Applicants will develop independent, externally funded programs using multi-omics and clinical data to improve pediatric therapeutics, disease mechanisms, and biomarker discovery

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, pharmacometrics, systems pharmacology, or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in computational and quantitative approaches in biomedicine.
• Experience analyzing and integrating large-scale multi-omics/clinical datasets.
• Strong publication record and potential for extramural funding.
• Commitment to collaborative translational science.

Responsibilities

• Develop an independent, externally funded research program.
• Build computational frameworks that integrate proteomic, metabolomic, exposomic, genomic, and clinical data.
• Advance pediatric therapeutics, biomarker discovery, and precision dosing.
• Collaborate within TCP and with other divisions to translate findings to improve pediatric health.
