Qualifications

• PhD in Social Psychology or a closely related field; ABD considered.
• Evidence of excellence in undergraduate teaching.
• Commitment to mentoring diverse student populations.
• Ability to maintain an active research program involving undergraduates.
• Wamiliarity with university governance and service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses including introductory and social psychology and other courses in area of expertise.
• Advise psychology majors and participate in departmental activities.
• Develop new courses and contribute to curriculum development.
• Engage undergraduates in active research and supervise student scholars.
