The University of Georgia in Athens invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Adult Education and Human Resource Development within the Lifelong Education, Administration, and Policy program. Qualificações

• Earned doctorate (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Adult Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development or related field.
• Demonstrated scholarship in adult learning, leadership, and organization development.
• Evidence or strong potential for external funding.
• Experience teaching graduate courses and mentoring students.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Teach the equivalent of two courses per semester in the program.
• Deliver face-to-face, hybrid, and online instruction on our Athens, Gwinnett, and Online campuses.
• Engage in scholarly activities; provide academic advising and service to the department.
