Qualifications

• Earned doctorate from an accredited university in Education or a closely related field.
• Proven track record in online instruction in both synchronous and asynchronous environments within higher education.
• Evidence of outstanding teaching and potential for national/international recognition.

Responsibilities

• Teaching graduate courses with a 3x3 load across face-to-face, asynchronous, and synchronous formats.
• Dissertation committee involvement and supervision as part of scholarly service.
• Contribute to department, college, and university service and scholarship.
