Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Toxicology, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, or related.
- Track record of extramural funding ( NIH/NSF ) and budgeting experience.
- High-impact publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Ability to lead an independent research program and mentor graduate students.
- Skill in designing courses that integrate research insights with clinical applications.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to scholarly excellence and advance research within the department.
- Implement and improve curricula related to basic pharmaceutical sciences in professional programs.
- Contribute to service efforts that enhance education and research nationally.
