Job summary

Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field by August 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline by August 2027.
• Established track record of publication in peer‑reviewed journals; experience teaching/TAing for engineering courses; experience preparing proposals or fellowships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vigorous, innovative research aligned with the department's mission.
• Effectively teach graduate- and undergraduate-level courses to a diverse student body.
• Grow strategic collaborations across the department and University; participate in graduate appointing processes.
