Qualifications

• Earned Ph.D. or equivalent in LIS or related discipline with a specialization in Human Information Behavior. ABD accepted but Ph.D. in-hand by Aug 2027.
• Demonstrated teaching experience.
• Demonstrated research ability.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate, master's, and/or doctoral courses.
• Engage in research and publish at a level appropriate for a Carnegie R1 university.
• Provide departmental service, SLIS governance, and college/university service.
• Serve at regional, national, and international professional levels.
